Next Event: 7/20 – Democratic Nominating Caucus

We are holding our required Democratic nominating caucus on Tuesday, July 20, at 6:30 pm at the District 2 Town Park (Cecil Hallock). All registered Democrats and friends of the New Baltimore Democratic Club are invited to attend. Only registered Democrats who have not signed petitions for the Independent Hills & River Line are invited to join us to endorse our candidate for Town Council.

This event will be a potluck so we can mingle and meet more of our neighbors! Bring a dish or a beverage to share!

The NBDC is comprised of a group of involved residents who care about the future of our beautiful town. We are fortunate to live in a place that is marked by its proximity to the majestic Hudson River, its green rolling hills, and extraordinary history: from our place on the National Historic Register for many of the incredible old homes and other structures in our town, to our amazing agricultural and rural back story over the centuries which may be best exemplified by the annual New Baltimore Agfest.

While those of us involved with the NBDC care deeply about government and policy on the county, state and federal levels, our guiding principle is that all politics are local, as said by the late, great United States House Speaker Tip O’Neill. We are all neighbors, regardless of political enrollment, who run into one another at the grocery store, watch our kids grow up in local schools, participate in local community groups, and enjoy the best our unique town has to offer.

With that said, we would like you to join us to make our town even better.  READ MORE ABOUT OUR BELIEFS AND OUR MISSION
