Diane Jordan is our town’s five year veteran Tax Collector. We hope to re-elect her so she can continue her exceptional service to the people of New Baltimore.

Diane Jordan is the incumbent New Baltimore Town Tax Collector, who is running for re-election this November. She has served the residents of our town for five years, and truly loves interacting with all people who come in to see her to discuss their tax payments, and gives them all the information they need and her undivided attention.

Apart from her daily experience in this position, Diane works to keep her expertise up to date. She has received tax collector training provided by the NYS Association of Towns for all of the years she has served in this position to better serve town residents with the knowledge she has gained.

Diane is in charge of Records Retention for the town, so that everyone can find important paperwork when they need it. She also works as deputy town clerk, organizing all of the town’s documents and files, and was appointed in 2010 to help out with dog licensing, issuing marriage and hunting licenses, and assuming other critical responsibilities to aid the Town Clerk.

Diane has lived in New Baltimore for almost 40 years on Lime Kiln Road, with her husband Denis, and has been a Greene County resident her entire life. She is committed to our town and making our lives better, in any way she can.

One thing you might wish to note: Diane is a registered Republican. We have supported her for years, despite the fact that we are the New Baltimore Democratic Club. Our basic and true philosophy is to support the best people for the job, who will work for all of us, regardless of political party. That’s what we’re about, and so is Diane. She just wants to do the best job she can, for everyone. We hope you will continue to support this amazing public servant in November.
